The opportunity was to optimize the user onboarding process to accelerate time-to-value, enhance customer satisfaction, and reduce the need for technical support. The goal was to help organizations mature their cloud security estate, reduce churn, and minimize support requests, all while creating a seamless and intuitive user experience.
LifeSite Mobile App
The team developed an app that enhances the user experience and enables seamless collaboration with family and trusted friends. The platform allows secure sharing of personal details, private messaging, and centralized access to important information, such as identification, health documents, and passwords.
Cloud Security Ops Dashboard
The Security Operations (SecOps) dashboard was designed to enhance real-time threat detection, streamline prioritization, and accelerate response for security teams. By centralizing data from multiple tools, it provides a complete security view, reduces investigation time, and boosts operational efficiency.
